Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at the start of any billing cycle — no penalties, no long-term contract.
On Growth and Enterprise, malware removal is included at no extra charge. On Essential, cleanup is quoted separately but existing clients get priority scheduling.
In almost all cases, yes — WP Engine, Kinsta, SiteGround, Cloudways, GoDaddy, and most others. I'll flag it during the audit if anything needs to change.
Small content edits, image swaps, minor layout tweaks, plugin configuration, and troubleshooting. Larger builds or redesigns are quoted separately.
No setup fee for existing clients. New sites onboarding for the first time may need a one-time audit fee if the site has unresolved security or update issues.
